Contribution: Ideating to executing work on ground, coordinating with the central team which includes faculty and alumni. Managing and setting up teams for several initiatives running parallelly. Negotiating with the administration on the requirements and conveying the relevancy to ensure that goals are met.

Contribution: Keeping all the relevant stakeholders updated by writing the monthly newsletter. Updating and documenting every initiative run across 14 departments, central team events, and International chapters.
Impact: Increasing awareness, nurturing relationships, and increasing credibility of the work being performed.

Contribution: Organizing a series of initiatives, meetups regionally and internationally with over 600+ people so far. Managing the budget for the event, dealing with venue finalizing, built a team of 15 to handle operations, technology, PR. Coordinating with multiple vendors for smooth running of events and handling branding, merchandise, lunch, etc., Orchestrating development of Alumni Entrepreneurs and VCs network by taking full ownership of initiatives to build a strong startup ecosystem at my alma mater.
Impact: 10+ events organized in a span of 3 months to actively engage the community
BMSCE Alumni Network is a community to bring together 50,000+ Alumni spread across globe of the first private engineering college of India, BMSCE. To facilitate jobs, projects and funding opportunities to students and alumni. Mentorship, workshops, scholarships to students. To actively engage alumni across the globe to create access to knowledge, talent, and opportunities that benefit the entire BMSCE ecosystem.
